Selen. A is a senior from Alberta. She has always been extremely passionate about reading and the education you can achieve out of it. After learning about Books Behind Bars, she became interested in the concept, and how we can provide skills, happiness, education, and a deep understanding through books. One of her favorite books is Dreaming of Freedom by Norma Hashim, it holds a deep connection to her. Outside of books, she enjoys digital art, dancing, filmmaking, and starting new passion projects to support multiple people.
